New book: “Lives of the Saints”

We are delighted to announce our latest publication, “The Lives of the Saints of the Order of St John of Jerusalem”, which sets out in vivid terms the lives of the holy men and women who, over the past nine centuries years, have lived out their vocation in the Order of St John of Jerusalem, now known by its colloquial name, the Order of Malta.

These lives are accompanied by beautiful illustrations, including reproductions the famous cycle of paintings of Order saints that hang in Wigancourt Museum in Rabat, Malta.

Both historically interesting and spiritually encouraging, the text is ideally structured for daily or weekly reading and meditation, and forms a tidy companion book to the Order Prayerbook and Rule of Blessed Raymond du Puy also published by the Grand Priory of England.

It is an invaluable resource for members of the Order as an aid to spiritual formation, and for those who more generally wish to learn more about the Order.
